How often should we train?
While dependent on your specific situation, I generally suggest twice-a-week sessions to begin. This will facilitate visible progress, can be supplemented by self-directed exercise and will, in 4 to 6 weeks, reinforce the active life habit. That said, I’m happy to be flexible based on individual time or resource constraints.
May I consult with you at no charge?
Yes, let's meet to discuss your goals and any questions you may have. We can then review your health and fitness history. There is no charge for this meeting.
What hours are you available to train?
I am available 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
What are your rates?
My standard rate is $90/60-minute session. However, FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY, rates will be discounted for multiple session packages, as follows:
TEN 60 minute sessions | $800 (Save $100) | Valid for 8 weeks
TWENTY 60 minute sessions | $1,500 (Save $300) | Valid for 16 weeks
FORTY 60 minute sessions | $2,800 (Save $800) | Valid for 40 weeks
